How does your men's team help you live a better life? In other words ... what keeps you coming back week over week?

My life has worked better since I have been part of a men’s team. I have found that the more I contribute the more value I receive. Additionally, I have made acquaintances around the country and now the world which have made significant contributions to who I am.

Why did you join MDI?

I was first on a Men’s Team in 1993. I joined that team to have men in my life as my personal an business life had mostly women in it. I was a founding member of MDI so that other men would have the opportunity to experience the value of a Men’s Team as I had.

Is there any special moment or story about your men's team and MDI that stands out to you, that makes you smile proudly?

I am honored and proud to have been selected by men of great wisdom to have served as the Chairman of the Board. I am touched by the encouragement I have received as to the quality of the work we are doing under my tenure.

Is there an area in your life, that you've completely transformed with your men's team?

I have come aware of the quality of the leadership I am able to provide. This knowledge has given me significant confidence in all areas of my life.

What would you say to a new man who is considering joining an MDI men's team?

There is significant value in being on a team in MDI. However the real opportunity is to participate in Leadership at as high a level as your time and commitment will allow you to participate.
