How is it going in your region?
The Western Region has been fostering a “Youth Movement” where we are investing time, training, and mentoring for our newest MDI members as they take on leadership positions within the region. We are seeing these men grow by leaps and bounds in their lives and making huge impact on their teams.
What are you presently focused on?
We are pushing hard for our Legacy Discovery event at the end of October in beautiful Mendocino, California. We currently have more than 30 men registered and are working our way to 40!
What are the challenges you face?
Growth is very important in our region, and we are looking for new ways to build up our numbers, with the ultimate goal of bringing all four tribes/divisions to full divisional status.
