Who We Are

Founded in 2013, the premier online periodical “The Legacy” is a men’s magazine highlighting the voice of a “mature masculine leader” for the audience of a global community of men. Sponsored by the international men’s organization, Mentor Discover Inspire (MDI), the Legacy explores the concept of masculinity in our contemporary society and is dedicated to inspire men to be successful in their lives, careers, families and communities. Within these pages, we are “Building a Legacy for the Modern Man.”

Content for the Legacy Magazine will focus on a global audience for topics that impact today’s men.
We look for stories related to:
· Men achieving greatness
· Men overcoming barriers and thriving in life, living extraordinary lives.
· Men stepping out of their comfort zone to cause greatness
· Viewpoints on issues facing men and males
· Fascinating stories of men living extraordinary lives
· Your experience as a man in this world
Commentaries about present time issues faced by today’s men can be 200 – 1000 words and must be engaging for the global audience. Pictures are necessary for each story as well.

All stories should be sent in by the 15th of the month for publication the following month.

MDI ONLY

Content that focuses only on MDI-related topics will be considered for posting on the MDI website:

• “Success Stories” – 100 – 1000 words including a picture – honor an MDI man who has experienced some form of success in his life.
 Success Stories will be published to the MDI Website where those visitors wanting details about the MDI organization can learn about such success.
• “In the Community” – Stories of MDI community service can also be submitted and will go in the section of “In the Community” also to be found on MDI’s website.

• MDI Event Update/News Story
