MDI Mission Statement: To cause greatness by mentoring men to live with excellence and, as mature masculine leaders, create successful families, careers and communities.

MDI – Mentor Discover Inspire – is a non-denominational, all-inclusive international men’s organization consisting of hundreds of men’s teams throughout 6 regions within North America focusing on success for families, careers and communities. Through trainings, special events, community service, fun activities and weekly team meetings, men learn to live a purposeful and passionate life as they achieve new levels of personal success. Hundreds of men’s teams meet weekly to:

• Support each other to reach our goals and dreams.
• Focus on what we need to do to succeed in all areas of our lives
• Empower each other and work together to become the men we know we can be
  Share the wisdom, techniques and tools to focus us on our individual paths
• Enjoy the camaraderie of a purposeful men
• Not go it alone
• Have fun

Mentor Discover Inspire (MDI) is unconditionally committed to men winning in their lives. An international men’s organization with approximately 900 men throughout North America, MDI creates a space for men’s teams for men who are “coachable,” seeking to live a purposeful and passionate life, and looking to achieve new levels of personal success.

Men’s teams are typically 2 to 25 men per team. Teams usually meet weekly at men’s homes, places of business, or public areas. Teams strive to provide an environment where men get to step out of their daily routine, get another perspective, unload any emotional or mental burdens, commit to success as they define it, and have fun in the process.

Teams are typically affiliated with a larger circle of men called a division. Divisions consist of more than three men’s teams. They are coordinated and led by a core team of experienced men, striving to serve both the men of the division as well as their communities. Teammates are there to get men back on their feet and ensure they have learned the lessons from a setback or challenge before getting back into the game.
MDI is not a political or religious organization. It does not promote or adhere to any particular dogma or doctrine. Members focus mainly on the power of “ownership” and empowerment through participation. For some men, MDI is a mentoring organization where men can come to learn leadership skills. For others, weekly team meetings offer a respite to bond, relax, have fun and step away from the pressure of daily life. For others, it is a place where they will have a chance to discover their truth. For many men, it is a place to get support, practice a particular discipline or manifest a higher purpose.

Requirements of membership:

1. Be a man.
2. Be of legal age.
3. Sign necessary waivers.
4. Pay annual dues.
5. Adhere to our Code of Honor

MDI has a Board of Directors of elected representatives from each of six regions. These men are charged with oversight of the organization and continually examining MDI’s vision, core values and purpose. MDI is a mutual benefit, non-profit organization incorporated in the State of California under IRS code 501C4. It is staffed and operated by volunteers who are chosen by the men themselves.
