New Team Report Input Form
- The MDI team report input page is now located mdiconnect.org.
- Please log into MDI Connect , go to:
My Team > Enter Team Report
to enter your team report.
You will no longer need to log into the old.mdiconnect.org to enter your team report.
All the reports will still be viewable the way they always have been.
We have also added a new form to view the reports one at a time.
Go to My Team > View Team Reports.
